Description List:

EDUCATION: Technical BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

JOB DUTIES: Communicate directly with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with engineering, furbishing and installation (EF&I) services. Coordinate with Installation Planner to develop and implement project schedules. Provide training opportunities for project supervisors and installers to ensure that their skills are up to date. Work with other departments to identify and implement process improvements and cost reductions.

EXPERIENCE: PC and server central office equipment installation, personnel supervision, and good verbal and written communication skills.

COMMENTS: Provide leadership to project supervisors by setting objectives in line with organizational goals. Forecast and approve project supervisor time and expense charges.
